Plans for a Greater Lincolnshire Combined Authority led by an elected mayor look doomed after Lincolnshire County Council voted to reject the plan.
The CA would have covered Lincolnshire County Council, the seven Lincolnshire districts, and the unitary authorities of North Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire.
