Regional transport body for North Wales?

NORTH WALES may gain a regional transport authority as part of a proposed Growth Deal. A plan for the deal will be submitted to Chancellor George Osborne next month, only four months after he first suggested it as a way of better connecting the region to the Northern Powerhouse.
