Wales secures short-term rail access to Manchester Airport

THE OFFICE of Rail and Road has granted Arriva Trains Wales only short-term access to Manchester Airport after regional bodies clashed over the prioritisation of rail capacity.

The services from Llandudno in North Wales began on 16 May, a year later than ATW had planned.
