Monmouthshire Council in Wales is planning to host a trial of hydrogen fuel cell cars. The trial will also test a ‘mobility as service’ payment plan, which some analysts say is the future for transport pricing.
Councillors this week approved a proposed 12-month trial using the Rasa, a two-seater car built by Riversimple Movement Ltd, based in Llandrindod Wells, Powys.
