Transport for London has questioned the merits of the London Borough of Hounslow’s preferred route for a southerly rail access to Heathrow Airport.
Hounslow consulted last autumn on a proposed rail spur from Feltham, on the London Waterloo to Windsor & Eton/Ascot lines, to Heathrow Terminal 5.
