Fife Council has agreed to cancel penalty charge notices issued at Dalgety Bay rail station to commuters affected by serious congestion after the unplanned closure of Forth Bridge.

With the bridge to remain closed until the New Year for repair work, the council has relaxed parking restrictions around stations and network hubs in the area.
