Nottingham’s light rail network has more than doubled in size with the opening of two  extensions. 

The new routes of the Nottingham Express Transit (NET) system serve the south-west and south of the city respectively. The south-west line runs via Chilwell to terminate at a 1,300-space park-and-ride site at Toton Lane, near junction 25 of the M1.
