Andrew Pester starts work as BPA's first chief operating officer

Andrew Pester has taken up his role as the new chief operating officer of the British Parking Association. The COO is a new role that will work alongside chief executive Patrick Troy and company secretary Jane Hack in supporting the BPA's board of directors.
