French vehicle rental firm Europcar is poised to enter the UK car club market, with a launch in London this summer.
LTT reported last issue that the firm was understood to have plans for a club in the London Borough of Wandsworth (LTT 12 Jun). Wandsworth has now confirmed the firm’s plans. According to the borough, Europcar has identified 26 on-street locations where it wants to base car club vehicles.
