Cornwall and Notts plan joint venture company for highways

Cornwall Council is teaming up with Nottinghamshire County Council to create a joint venture company for the delivery of highway services in Nottinghamshire. 

The proposal involves CORMAC, a wholly-owned company of Cornwall Council, which is Cornwall’s highways maintenance provider. It operates through two companies, CORMAC Solutions Ltd (CSL) and CORMAC Contracting Ltd.
