Birmingham City Council has published further details of its plans to transform the A38 ‘urban motorway’ that skirts the north of the city centre into a series of boulevards.
The proposals, revealed last autumn (LTT 14 Nov 14), are detailed in a new masterplan for the Snow Hill district of the city centre, which sees the area as a major business district.
