Drivers groups unveil a ‘Magna Carta for motorists’

Local authorities should be required to satisfy parking demand with the spaces being either free or reasonably priced, demands a new Motorists’ Charter. The Alliance of British Drivers (ABD) and the National Motorists’ Action Group (NMAG) unveiled the charter at the House of Commons on 24 June.
