South East LEP to devolve funding

England’s biggest Local Enterprise Partnership is planning to devolve the lion’s share of its Local Growth Fund allocation to sub-areas. The South East LEP covers East Sussex, Kent, Medway, Essex, Southend and Thurrock councils.
