Assault filmed by school safety car

A school safety car deployed by Wirral Borough Council has helped to bring an attacker to justice. An NSL civil enforcement officer (CEO) was driving the council’s CCTV car when he witnessed an assault. He was able to capture the incident on the car’s camera.
