A failing shopping centre in Hampshire that was demolished has now reopened. The new look £84m Whiteley shopping centre, near Fareham, has parking for 1,500 vehicles spread across six car parks.
The centre is now occupied by high street brands, including Marks & Spencer, Topshop, as well as local independents. Parking is free for the first three hours.
The original centre failed to compete with shopping venues in nearby Southampton and Portsmouth and was demolished in 2011....
