Giant’s Causeway parking charge a ‘rip off’, say NI MPs

Politicians in Northern Ireland have accused the National Trust of “ripping off” visitors over parking charges at the Giant’s Causeway. Since the new visitor centre opened in July 2012, an entry fee has been included in the parking charges. Visitors to the tourist attraction are now charged £8.50 per adult, whether or not they visit the centre.

Prior to the new centre opening, visitors paid a £6 parking charge.
