Scotland’s travel behaviour change programme has succeeded in delivering increases in active travel, according to the final evaluation report for the Scottish Government.
The £14.7m Smarter Choices Smarter Places programme was established in 2008 and aimed to promote use of non-car modes in seven areas of Scotland, with programmes implemented between 2009 and 2012.
