Now I guess that most of you will not yet have heard much about MDAT (Multiplex Diversified Attractor Theory) - or, at least, I hope not, since I seem to think that I thought it up on the bus last week, though perhaps I'm deluding myself. As theories go, it's right up there with ABC (Asymmetric Behavioural Churn) in its ability to express a useful insight in a memorably incomprehensible phrase. Actually, you have probably forgotten Asymmetric Behavioural Churn as well, so I need to start there....
