Welsh minister hears about Cardiff Metro plan

Plans for a massive investment in the Cardiff city region’s public transport system have been published by a consortium of businesses and opinion formers.

The Metro Consortium’s £1.5bn plans envisage new rail lines, bus rapid transit (BRT) and tram-trains.
