Aberdeen City Council is seeking expressions of interest for a contract to design, construct and finance the city’s western bypass and dual another road.
The contract covers:
• construction of the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route (AWPR), a 28.5 mile dual two-lane road comprising a 21-mile bypass of Aberdeen plus a seven mile ‘Fastlink’ from the AWPR to Stonehaven in the south
