Parking for over 1,000 cars features in plans to revitalise a run-down part of Belfast city centre. The Royal Exchange scheme will create shops and stores, apartments, leisure venues and public spaces. The £360m project has been approved by Northern Ireland’s Department of Environment (DOE) minister Alex Attwood.
