Isle of Man retail plan features 460-space MSCP

Douglas Borough Council has announced a new development, providing a 460-space multi-storey car park, a new public library, offices for the council’s ICE operation and new public conveniences. The £12.7m project will see the redevelopment of Cambrian Place, Lord Street in Lower Douglas, Isle of Man.
