Midlands councils launch parking framework

Parking enforcement firms are being invited to bid for a place on a framework that could be used by councils across the Midlands.

Local authority purchasing and distribution consortium the Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (ESPO), acting on behalf of Leicestershire County Council, is setting up a framework agreement with a maximum of three suppliers.

Civil parking enforcement in Leicestershire is currently undertaken by a partnership between the county and the seven districts.
