Buchanan Computing has hired Martin Hemenway after a 30-year career with North Yorkshire Police to provide advice and training for its AccsMap road accidents and case processing system.

Hemenway has been involved in road traffic since the early eighties and in 1993 established a traffic management department at York that developed partnership working with the road authorities and consultants in the area.
