Forth crossing strategy inadequate says Fife

Transport Scotland needs to broaden out its strategy for the new Forth road bridge beyond simply building the bridge, Fife Council has said.

Fife’s head of transportation Bob McLellan told councillors this week that Transport Scotland’s refusal to back traffic management measures associated with a new Forth crossing was “a missed opportunity”.
