The Highways Agency has announced its preferred route for the M1 junction 19 improvement scheme. The HA last year published three alternatives and a further three options on one of the alternatives for consultation (LTT 11 Jul 08). The HA has chosen the Red route with the Orange (local road network) option. The new junction will be built on three levels and will be similar in height to the existing junction.
