Phase one of Glasgow Airport's £31m terminal extension has opened to passengers. The project includes a new ground floor UK arrivals hall along with a number of food outlets and retail units. Phase two, a new £12m security search area is due to begin operations on 28 October, with phase three, the upgrade and refurbishment of the existing terminal expected to be completed in Spring 2009.
