Travel plans to be prepared for 31 rail stations

Travel plans are to drawn up for 31 rail stations across England in an attempt to encourage passengers to arrive at them by non-car modes.

Cycle storage, better bus interchange and better passenger information will be among the measures implemented under the initiative being led by the Association of Train Operating Companies.
