Boris alters borough priorities

Some London boroughs are rethinking their transport spending priorities following Boris Johnson's election to mayor.

Johnson's election came too late to change Transport for London's bidding guidance for Local Implementation Plan funding in 2009/10, as boroughs had to submit bids by the middle of June.
