Reading Transport has announced a deal with coach operator Stewarts of Mortimer to transfer its Goldline private hire operations. The council-owned operator announced earlier this year that 2008 would be the last season for the operation of its fleet of luxury coaches. Meanwhile, Reading Transport is continuing discussions with another operator, to take over Goldline’s programme of excursions and holidays.
