Uber’s bike hire buy hailed as start of major expansion

The news that taxi firm Uber is to buy an electric bike hire firm called Jump prompted some analysis of what appeared to be something very like Mobility as a Service in the media, although the term MaaS did not seem to have been used by the papers.
