Assessing cycling accessibility means asking different questions

Derek Halden takes CTC to task (Letters, LTT 2 Dec) for what he regards as 'misplaced' concerns about the marginalisation of cycling in the draft Accessibility Planning Guidance but he reached this conclusion based only on your brief coverage of our consultation response, not the whole document. It might help if I explain further.
