Traveller site at Matlock railway station car park approved

Derbyshire Dales District Council is to formally recognise a number sites used by traveller families.

One site is located at Matlock railway station car park. The plot, which has been used be travellers for years , would be restricted to use only by a specific homeless traveller family for whom the council has a legal obligation, and only for a maximum of two years.
