Man guility of assaulting Blackpool parking officer

A builder has admitted assaulting a civil enforcement officer (CEO) in Blackpool.

Magistrates heard that Grant Burgess had engaged in two arguments with the female officer. The first time tool place when the CEO asked him to move his vehicle from a no parking area.

The pair’s paths crossed again and the 25-year-old builder lost his temper when asked to move again.
