£9m boost for air quality projects

Local projects designed to improve air quality across England will receive a £7m funding boost via the government’s Air Quality Grant.

Air Quality Grants help councils develop and implement measures that benefit schools, businesses and communities and reduce the impact of polluted air on people’s health.
