The number of Transport for London staff receiving more than £100k remuneration fell 17 per cent last year, from 564 in 2017/18 to 468 in 2018/19.
The fall is largely explained by fewer staff receiving severance payments that took their remuneration over £100,000. Their number fell from 224 in 2017/18 to 117.
