The intu Potteries shopping centre in Stoke-on-Trent has retained its Safer Parking Scheme Park Mark award for car parks for 16 years running. 

The retail and leisure destination’s multi-storey and surface car parks were assessed for quality management, appropriate lighting, effective surveillance and a clean environment.
