Civil parking enforcement has been introduced across Somerset, with the scheme being run for the county council by NSL Services. Thirty officers from district council parking departments at Sedgemoor, Mendip and Taunton Deane have been transferred to NSL. Further civil enforcement officers (CEOs) were recruited to bring the complement to nearly 50.
