Zapmap EV driver satisfaction survey reveals best charging networks

Tesla and Sainsbury’s Smart Charge top charts for reliability and ease of use, while Arnold Clark Charge is an up-and-coming player

Thousands of EV drivers have rated the UK’s rapid and ultra-rapid public charging networks as part of the Zapmap annual satisfaction survey. 

For the second year in a row, Tesla scored highest in the ‘Large’ sized network category, while Smart Charge, the charging network of the Sainsbury’s supermarket chain, leads the rankings for ‘Medium’ networks. Arnold Clark Charge recognised as ‘Up-and-coming network’ of the year.
