Essex County Council is to extend its highways services partnership contract with Ringway Jacobs for five years.
The initial ten-year contract commenced in 2012 and covers repairs to footways and carriageways, winter services, white lining, gully maintenance, capital structure maintenance, and streetlights.
Essex says Ringway Jacobs has achieved 94-99 per cent of the contract’s key performance indicators since the fourth year.
