Scottish papers unanimous over ‘chaos’ surrounding Edinburgh’s tram project

In its near-saturation coverage of recent developments in the construction of the Edinburgh tram scheme the Scottish media has portrayed the project as being fundamentally mismanaged.

Although there has been little recent coverage of Edinburgh’s tram project in the English media, north of the border the main Scottish papers have been devoting a huge number of column inches to the scheme, as it staggers from crisis to crisis.
