The Scottish Government has confirmed a further £7.5m of Covid-19 emergency support for the Glasgow Subway and the Edinburgh Tram. Asked about the funding split, a Transport Scotland spokesman said: “The Scottish Government support of up to £28.5m covers both Glasgow Subway and Edinburgh Tram from July 2020 to end June 2021. The total funding paid to each operator will be dependent on monthly claims and monitoring process.”...
