Product description:

INCA is a spreadsheet-based program developed for the DfT by Mott MacDonald for calculating delays and travel time variability costs and benefits relating to traffic incidents. The software estimates the benefits that may arise from remedial measures to reduce the impact of incidents. The program is developed for incident appraisal on interurban grade-separated high standard dual carriageways and motorways.
