OSCADY has been developed in 2 versions, OSCADY PRO and OSCADY Classic, available together as OSCADY+.  

Product description:

OSCADY PRO is a phase-based traffic signal optimisation software package that can be applied to isolated junctions. Alternatively, the results can be exported into TRANSYT for use in linked systems. OSCADY PRO can automatically generate and optimise both stage sequences and stage durations. This allows it to offer automatically a final optimised solution with just intergreens, flows and lane data provided.

OSCADY Classic is a stage-based software package for predicting capacities, queue lengths, delays and accident risk at isolated traffic signal controlled junctions. It can optimise signal timings to minimise delay or maximise capacity.
