Parsons Brinckerhoff has completed work on the world’s deepest immersed transport tunnel in Turkey. The General Directorate of Railways, Harbours and Airports Construction (DLH), which is part of the Turkish Ministry of Transportation, had appointed Avrasyaconsult, a joint venture of four consultants in association with Parsons Brinckerhoff, to be its engineer for the project.
