The firm offers technical service design, events programming and learning and support services to media, public and private sector companies serving the highways and transport sector. Cary spent three years at the DfT, initially as head of digital transformation before becoming head of data policy. He went on to form Waysphere, which has worked with DEFT153 since 2017.
