Tabloids welcome proposed stiffer sentences for some motoring crimes

On 1 November The Sun published a strongly-worded editorial on the subject of 'killer drivers' after the Government announced a series of amendments to the Road Safety Bill currently passing through Parliament that will result in more severe penalties for several types of motoring offence.
