There was an 8% rise in the number of people killed or seriously injured (KSI) in London last year, TfL’s Safety and Security Panel has heard. This was driven by a 20% increase in both cycling and car occupant KSIs, TfL’s Road Safety Strategy Lead Amy Pidwill told the panel.
