Oxfordshire considers how to spend C-charge revenue

Oxfordshire County Council is to discuss how to invest £4.2m raised from its temporary congestion charge scheme at a cabinet meeting in May. Proposals include: a discounted £3 combined parking and bus to run from 1 June until 31 December;  funding to deal with ‘missing links’ in the active travel network such as pedestrian crossings, side road entry treatments, and secure cycle parking; and funding for additional on-street parking for hire bikes and e-scooters...
