Reform proposes private and public finance to build infrastructure

Reform UK’s Scottish manifesto says the SNP government has neglected transport infrastructure, but seems to rather contradict this opinion by also observing that “the number of recorded roadworks in Scotland is today 28% higher  than it was before the Covid pandemic”.

Reform would use private and public finance to build infrastructure, including embarking on 10-year plans to modernise trunk roads, ferries, railway and harbours.
